Registration is now open to attend the 5th edition of the course “Accessibility in customer service” organized by UNED, ONCE Foundation and the Royal Board on Disability This course will include videos, texts, self-assessment tests, practical exercises and a forum for teaching assistance. The syllabus will be as follows:
